Since 2 of the 3 people that read my blog mentioned that I need to post more, I thought I would do a quick update. We did finally get a computer last week. A Macbook believe it or not. It looks pretty cool, although I haven’t used it yet. I used to be anti-Mac. Probably because I had one in college and it wasn’t compatible with anything… but I’m keeping an open mind on this one.
We also got a plumber to our house to fix a leak from the pipe to our dishwasher. I hadn’t been able to use my dishwasher since October (since we had to turn the water off in that pipe). I had never been so excited to wash dishes as when I got my dishwasher back. On the 3rd time we used the dishwasher since it was fixed, I turned it on right before we went to bed, and when we got up in the morning it was still running!!! So I’m back to washing dishes by hand until we get it fixed or get a new one.
David and his girlfriend Jackie are coming to visit tomorrow (and my parents are coming also), so I am really excited. I will take lots of pictures and promise to post them on the blog (wouldn’t want to upset the majority of my readers ;)).
