Last night I went to a Grgich Hills dinner at the Signature Room. David (my brother) was one of the speakers. It was a five course meal with wine pairings for each course. The food and wine was delicious, but I would have to say the best part was to be able to see Dave in action. I am so amazed at how much he knows about grapes and wine, and how much he likes what he is doing and sharing that with other people. I was so amazed to see how much he knew as he spoke and his boss was right next to him nodding in agreement. He really knows his stuff! If you ever get a chance to see him in action, I strongly suggest it, or maybe even go out to Napa to visit! It is definitely a great experience!
