Chipotle

One of my favorite places to eat since I moved to Chicago is Chipotle. I’m not a huge fast food fan, but I usually try to convince myself that this is one step up from fast food (I mean they don’t even have a drive thru). Chipotle actually used to be owned by Mc Donald’s before the Fall of 06. Chipotle is similar to Qdoba only better (in my opinion). You choose what kind of meat, salsa, cheese, etc. you want as you go down a line to fill up your burrito/taco/etc.!

This place is known for their burritos, however I personally have never actually purchased one. I’m a huge fan of the veggie tacos and the burrito bowl. I’m also enjoy the chips and guacamole as a nice snack. Recently, I learned from our friend Kevin, that you can also get quesadillas even though this is not on the menu. I haven’t gotten them yet, but it is a good secret to know.

Additionally, this year, we found out that on Halloween, if you dress up like a burrito (basically wrapping yourself in tin foil) and go to Chipotle, they will give you a free meal. My sisters-in-law (Olga, Elizabeth, and Dennisse) all did this last Halloween and they actually gave them free meals!
