I realized that my last post was my 100th post... I can't believe it, how fun to look back over them all. Thank you to my family who have been reading from the beginning, and thanks to the few other people that check in occasionally (I might hit double digits soon!).
I also decided that I have been trying a lot of new recipes lately, and want a space to keep my recipes, photos, and thoughts about food, and I felt like I was starting to clutter up this blog. So I have created a new blog and will just be about food, drinks, recipes, entertaining, etc. That way people who aren't really interested in the food part, don't need to be bothered by it in this blog, and I can continue to keep my recipes and such organized. The second blog is mainly for myself, but I would love anyone who is interested to read and share their thoughts and share their expertise in cooking. :)
Also, I want to clarify that none of the recipes so far have been elizabeth originals... I try to give props to whoever gave me the recipe if I can remember (which com from various places, family, friends, magazines, internet, etc.). If I am ever creative enough to create a recipe of my own genius, I will definitely let the world know.
