So this week I am back in New York for work and usually I usually hang out with work people or by myself in the evenings, but this trip I was lucky enough to be there at the same time as Laura and Patrick Murphy! They live in Detroit, so we don’t get to see them nearly enough, and it was a blessing to be able to hang out (and meet a few new friends from Laura’s work) while I was in NY. We went to this little Italian place called Villa Mosconi and at first it didn’t seem to have the potential we were hoping for, but it turned out to be a great place with even better food! Sometimes it is the people that make the place great (meaning both the people who work there – and the people you are dining with!). Hopefully we won’t let 6 months pass before we see each other again!
