I know that Bill blogged about this a while ago… but I thought it worth a second post. Bill’s Dad brought us a couple of cool bags from Brazil (you can see one in green & orange above) and we also purchased a few from our local Dominick's/Jewel to use for groceries (as you can see above, packed with groceries). This has really cut down on the amount of plastic bags we bring home and is helping the environment. In addition, it cuts down on trips from the car because the bags can fit so much more than the tiny plastic ones the store gives you. I also then bought a bag from my new favorite store CB2 which you can see here and below - it is made up of recycled newspapers imprinted on recycled plastic. I strongly encourage everyone to buy some type of a bag (or a dozen in our case) to cut down on those plastic or paper bags!
