I already mentioned a little about my visit to the Gammons house, but here are a few tidbits more, and some more pictures.
I enjoyed relaxing in the sun, seeing their new home, playing with Andrew, and hanging out with Carrie & Joe.
Andrew turned 3, and Carrie planned a fun party at the park, with picnic lunch, cupcakes, and pinecone birdfeeder craft. All of Drew’s friends were there and it was fun to see him play with others on the playground.
I found out that Andrew has a shopping cart that as he goes around and plays he puts some of his favorite toys in as well as anything else, blankie, juice boxes, etc. I think it is so cute! He also got a big pirate ship for his birthday and started to put just as much stuff in the pirate ship.
In the middle of the night he woke up and came into my room, along with an entourage of stuffed animals. While I didn’t really like waking up in the middle of the night, I was so happy that he liked me enough to do that!
He loves special treats, especially the puppy chow I made!
Andrew is very kind, considerate, happy, and fun little boy, and he even picks up after himself even at age 3!
I’m sure there are many more but these are just a few things I experienced and learned about my nephew while I was there, and just a few reasons why I wish I could live closer and see them more often!
Thanks again to Carrie and Joe for having me!
