Bill and I had talked for a while about going to Starved Rock a state park about 1 1/2 hrs away. We finally went last Saturday and brought Buckley and Dennisse with as well. We hiked about 6 miles, and had a great time! Buckley especially liked it, and when we left she was pooped out for about 24 hrs afterward.

Elizabeth! Ryan and I LOVE Starved Rock! We went there every year that we lived in Chicago! Glad you could enjoy it too!
